EXTRUSION
Contech Ireland partners with a high-quality extrusion specialist for its tubing needs. We work with a wide

CONTRACT STERILISATION
At Contech Ireland we prepare all products for contract sterilisation and work with an experienced, knowledgeable and skilled sterilisation partner. We offer two principal sterilization technologies –
gamma and ethylene oxide (EtO).

At Contech Ireland we have a 35,000 sq foot facility, 14,000 sq ft of which is warehouse space.

CLEANROOM INJECTION MOULDING
As part of our OEM sub-contract manufacturing service Contech Ireland offer state-of-the-art injection
moulding within a Class 100,000 Cleanroom guaranteeing microbiological and particulate cleanliness.
Injection moulding has many advantages including:
- guarantees high production rates,
- reduces labour costs,
- a wide range of materials can be used, and
- results in minimal scrap losses
RAPID PROTOTYPING
By utilizing our in-house capabilities, as well as highly qualified vendor partners Contech Ireland can produce rapid prototypes manufactured to customer specifications. Rapid prototyping technologies
allow our customers to save time and money by decreasing their time-to-market, and avoiding costly modifications to production tooling. Multiple versions of prototypes can be produced and assessed in
days, versus weeks, allowing customers time to refine designs.
